Refund policy

We do our best to inspect carefully each and every product dispatched so we do not offer any returns or exchanges but if by mistake your purchased product is defective, please send us a message and return the eligible product(s) in new and unworn condition (please be aware that the product you’re returning it has any smell will be sent back to you) in the original packaging for a full refund in accordance with our returns policy. We are not responsible for shipping fees when you request an exchange of the product that is why you will be asked to send the original product back and to purchase the other colour you would like.
